I've been using evra patches for three years now, I went away from home for two weeks and forgot to take them with me. This week is 4, i.e. without the patch. On Monday I should stick another one. Should I stop using them until my next period? If I get it, for example, on Wednesday, should I stick another one?

In such a situation, you should stop using contraception and apply another patch on the day of menstruation (after the break). Applying the patch with a one-week delay could cause cycle disorders and lack of contraceptive effectiveness of Evra.
Another solution is to ask your pharmacist to issue a pharmaceutical prescription for the next pack of patches. It is worth having any documentation proving the use of the preparation (e.g. previous prescriptions, access to the patient's online account, etc.).
