Yes, you can, especially if the medication is used as directed by your doctor. 

Broncho-Vaxom has no known interactions with oseltamivir and can therefore be used at the same time. Broncho-Vaxom is an immunostimulant used to prevent recurrent respiratory tract infections, while oseltamivir is an antiviral drug used to treat influenza. There are no reports of negative interactions between these drugs, which means that their concomitant use is safe.
