These drugs do not have significant clinical interactions with each other and can be combined. Nevertheless, Medikinet CR may lower the seizure threshold in patients with pre-existing seizures, so it may increase the risk of seizures. If seizures start to occur or become more frequent, this medication should be discontinued. If the doctor prescribing Medikinet CR or Depakine Chrono was not aware of the other medicines you are using, the safety of their concomitant use should be consulted .
