If you use hormonal contraception (e.g. a patch) correctly, the risk of pregnancy is very low, even if you rub your organs without ejaculating. Withdrawal bleeding (such as the one described) is usually an indication of the effectiveness of contraception.
An ovarian cyst can be a natural functional change and does not immediately indicate fertility problems, but it is worth monitoring it under the supervision of a gynecologist. If you have doubts or your next bleeding is delayed, you can take a pregnancy test just to be sure.
