Good morning
My 11-year-old son with autism takes Arprixor 5mg every day.
Can I:
- Give him Nurofen Forte painkillers?
- for a runny nose spray Sudafed for children in HA spray?
- Icelandic syrup?
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN TAKE THESE DRUGS WITH ARPRIXOR 5mg and especially Nurofen forte?

Yes, you can, especially if the medications are used as prescribed by the doctor. There are no contraindications to the simultaneous use of the medications mentioned in the question.
Nurofen Forte contains ibuprofen, which is not contraindicated with Arprixor. Sudafed HA, which contains xylometazoline, is also safe when used with Arprixor. Icelandic syrup, as an herbal preparation, usually does not interact seriously.
If you have any doubts or unusual symptoms, contact your doctor. It is safest to consult the administration of additional medication with the child's doctor.
