Good day!! It is possible to become infected with hepatitis C again during hepatitis treatment, if you have been infected with hepatitis for 2 months??!!

Yes, it is possible to be reinfected with the hepatitis C virus even after treatment and cure of the infection.

Current therapies are very effective and allow for a complete cure of the disease, but they do not provide permanent immunity to the virus. This means that a patient who has been infected and has undergone treatment can become infected again if they come into contact with HCV, e.g. through the blood of an infected person. Therefore, it is important to use appropriate preventive measures to avoid reinfection.
