Can Delortan be given for tonsillitis?

There are no contraindications to the use of Delortan in tonsillitis.

However, please note that Delortan (desloratadine) is an antihistamine used primarily for allergies and not directly for the treatment of tonsillitis.
Delortan does not cure infection or inflammation of the tonsils, so if the inflammation is bacterial, an antibiotic may be necessary. In case of severe symptoms or doubts, it is always worth consulting a doctor.
