Good morning, I took the first dose on 24.04.25.Everything hurt, of course painkillers pyralgina. It subsided on 27, 28.04 and the pain returned. I called the oncology department and the doctor told me to take paracetamol and pyralgin alternately three times a day. After taking the pills, it is a little better, everything still hurts. It's been a week and a day and I'm still in pain, and I'm sweating at night. Is this normal.

After administration of Zomikos (zoledronic acid), flu-like symptoms may occur – muscle and joint pain, fever, sweating – especially after the first dose. They usually resolve within a few days, but in some patients they can last up to a week or more.
If the pain persists despite pain treatment and night sweats have appeared, it is worth consulting your doctor again – you may need to change your treatment or rule out other causes of these symptoms. In the meantime, continue to take the prescribed painkillers and observe the severity of your symptoms.
