I take Liberelle pills. At 3 p.m. I accept (3-4 p.m. somewhere in between)
Today I had to take two hours earlier at 1 p.m. . Is the protection maintained?
And the second question, because I would like to change the admission time from 3 to 2 p.m. And how am I supposed to do it.

Taking Liberelle 2 hours earlier does not affect the effectiveness of contraception – the protection is maintained.
If you want to change the time of taking your tablets from 3 to 2 p.m., you can do it safely by taking another pill at the new time and from then on adhering to it every day. It is important to take the pills regularly at a fixed time of day, but it does not have to be exactly the same time as before. Changing by one hour does not require additional security.
