Yes, you should start taking Ryeqo on the first day of your menstrual cycle, which is the day you start bleeding.
It is important to take one tablet a day, at about the same time, with or without food, with a small amount of liquid. If you start taking the medication on a different day of your cycle, you may experience irregular or heavier bleeding.
