Abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting can occur in the course of influenza B, especially in children. Spasmodic and analgesic medications can be helpful in abdominal pain. Enterol can be used in children, but you can give it to your child, but it is not necessary, since there is no diarrhea and only abdominal pain. To relieve abdominal pain, you can use, for example, No-Spa (can be given to children over 6 years of age who can swallow a tablet), and if the abdomen is bloated, you can consider using a preparation with propranolol in capsules or drops (e.g. Espumisan). I don't know how old your daughter is. For fever, on the other hand, a drug with paracetamol or ibuprofen, e.g. in a suspension, can be used.
