I've been accepting Pylera, I have extreme nausea and vomiting, I am unable to eat anything and I feel unwell.

Good morning
I've been taking Pylera for two days. I have a huge youth and I vomited in the morning. I can't take it anymore, I can't overcome this nausea, it's getting worse, I can't eat, I can't do anything, I feel very bad, the worst thing is that I want to vomit all the time.

I recommend that you consult your doctor immediately, since vomiting does not subside and insists on severity. According to the leaflet, you should stop taking the medicine if you experience symptoms such as abdominal pain, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, fever, malaise, tiredness, jaundice, dark urine, dark stool or itching. In addition, due to the fact that you are not able to eat anything, it is impossible to take the drug in this situation anyway (the drug should be taken after a meal). Unfortunately, nausea and vomiting are common side effects.
