Am I protected if I vomited 3 hours after taking the pill and took another one 3 hours later?

I take the Liberelle contraceptive pill. I'm on the second package and yesterday I took the 3rd pill at the same time, which is at 6 p.m. I drank alcohol and after about 3 hours I was vomiting. I took another pill from the blister at midnight, about 3 hours after vomiting. Am I protected? Should I take additional precautions? What time should I take my next tablet, at the same time as always, which is 6 p.m.?

The contraceptive efficacy of Liberelle in the case you described should be maintained. Please continue to use contraceptive pills as before, i.e. at 6 p.m. There is no need to use additional methods of contraception.
