Hello, can the drug maysiblu be taken with diaprel, I will add that I have only been taking this drug for a week and so far I have not seen any effects, so far I have taken the drug mętfornine together with diaprel, the doctor told me that during the holidays I should help myself with diaprel as much as I can eat more in advance, thank you in advance for the info

Maysiglu (sitagliptin) and Diaprel (a sulphonylurea) are used to treat type 2 diabetes and can be used together, always under close medical supervision.
Maysiglu works by increasing incretin hormones, which promotes insulin secretion, while Diaprel increases insulin secretion directly, which can increase the risk of hypoglycaemia when used concomitantly. If your doctor has recommended that you add Diaprel to your therapy, it is possible, but you should keep a close eye on your symptoms and monitor your blood glucose levels regularly.
The lack of visible effects after a week of using Maysiglu is not unusual, as it may take time for the drug to take full effect. If you are unsure or experience side effects such as dizziness, nausea or hypoglycaemic symptoms, consult your doctor.
