Can I use Lithium (1125 mg) with Duloxetine (30 mg) or Fluoxetine (40 mg) at the same time?

Is it permissible to use lithium 1125mg and duloxetine 30mg together? Or lithium 675mg and fluoxetine 40mg together?
I know that lithium cannot be combined in high doses, but can it be combined with duloxetine/fluoxetine in the indicated doses? Can there be any negative effects on the body with such a combination?

Yes, combining lithium with Duloxetine or Fluoxetine at the indicated doses is theoretically possible, but requires caution.

Lithium, which is used to treat bipolar disorder, may interact with antidepressants such as Duloxetine and Fluoxetine, increasing the risk of side effects such as serotonin syndrome or electrolyte imbalances. Therefore, both the dose of lithium and other drugs must be monitored by a doctor, and any changes in treatment should be consulted.
