Headache is one of the most common side effects of Stepcil, which contains cilostazol. This symptom may occur in more than 1 in 10 patients. Usually, the headache can go away after some time as the body gets used to the medication. However, if the pain is severe or persists, it is recommended to consult a doctor, who can adjust the dosage or recommend additional treatment.
