Is it good that I was discontinued from Polfenon overnight and told to take Opacorden?
For several years I took rytmonorm, then polphenone 300 in the morning and 300 in the evening, I have an implanted pacemaker, now I changed my drug to opacorden, I took for two weeks 3x 200, then 1x a day I have arrhythmia and increased blood pressure every day, is it good that I suddenly stop polphenone and take opacorden or can I take polphenone additionally in the army,

Changing medications, especially those affecting the heart, should be done under close medical supervision, especially in the case of arrhythmias and in the presence of a pacemaker. Abrupt discontinuation of the drug can lead to an increase in symptoms, especially if the body has not yet adapted to the new preparation.
Discontinuing Polfenon and starting to take Opacorden may cause cardiac arrhythmias, which you currently have, so it is important for your doctor to monitor your symptoms and adjust the treatment according to your needs.
