Is Trixeo enough to treat asthma and COPD if I have to stop taking Montelukast for nausea?

I use trixeo and montelukas with severe COPD and bronchial asthma. Now every now and then I interrupt montelukas x nausea .trixeo is equally fine x asthma and copd?thanks.

Trixeo (budesonide, formoterol, glycopyrronium) is an effective inhaled therapy for the treatment of COPD and can support the treatment of asthma, especially if the obstructive component predominates. However, Montelukast acts on a different mechanism – it inhibits the action of leukotrienes, which is particularly helpful in allergic asthma and with nocturnal symptoms.

If the nausea is persistent, it may be worth talking to your doctor about changing your medication or another anti-inflammatory treatment option. If necessary, you may also consider consulting an allergist or pulmonologist.
