He is taking isotek, so he has also been taking Vibin mini for seven months. I didn't miss a single pill, I took each one on time. We additionally protect ourselves with a condom, but yesterday during intercourse, after ejaculation, my partner came out and the condom stayed in me. As I was lying on my side, its contents spilled a little on my leg. The condom was not broken, but I am afraid of getting pregnant because of the Izotek I was taking. Shouldn't I take the morning after pill?

Izotek does not impair the contraceptive efficacy of Vibin mini pills. Therefore, if you use contraceptive pills regularly, there is no need to take the "morning after" pill prophylactically (especially since such a pill could affect the effect of contraceptive pills and even weaken their effect for the next 7 days of treatment).
In the situation you described, there was no ejaculation of semen in the vagina, and only a small amount of semen got onto your skin, so there is no reason to worry.
Please continue to take Vibin mini tablets.
