Where should I get Neoparin injections in the abdomen after laparoscopic gallbladder removal?

I have been recommended neoparin after laparoscopic removal of the gallbladder, I have three punctures on the right side, the leaflet says that neoparin should not be used in places where there are wounds, and on the other side you need to change sides of the abdomen. Should I inject the left side of my abdomen all the time? Can I do them for laparoscopy wounds?

It is not recommended to administer Neoparin in the area of postoperative wounds, as it increases the risk of hematomas and interferes with the healing process. It is best to inject on the opposite side of the abdomen — in this case, on the left side if the right side contains injection sites. Once the wounds have healed, you will be able to return to alternating the use of both sides of the abdomen.
