Telmisartan, which is an angiotensin II receptor antagonist, is mainly used in the treatment of hypertension. Although some side effects, such as fatigue, are known, the direct link to "tired eyes" is not commonly described in the literature. Excessive yawning can be a symptom of general fatigue or other factors, such as changes in blood pressure or the effect of the drug on the nervous system.
