Good afternoon!
If you cough from triplixam, how can you replace it.
The doctor prescribed bisoprolol in the morning and triplix in the evening to see if it could be replaced.

Thank you for sharing your case. Coughing is a common side effect of perindopril, an ingredient in Triplixam. In such a situation, it is worth talking to your doctor about changing the drug to a preparation containing sartan, e.g. perindopril can be replaced with telmisartan or losartan, which is less likely to cause coughing.
Please note that you should not modify the dosage of medications yourself. Any modifications in the treatment of hypertension should be made after consultation with the attending physician who is familiar in detail with your health condition and blood pressure values. I encourage you to report the symptoms you experience to your doctor, as well as to report the occurrence of an adverse effect of the preparation.
