Good morning, I take Vibin pills every day at 11 p.m. Around 9 p.m. I ate some soy sauce, only then did it occur to me that it could weaken the effect of contraception - I read that it is a phytoestrogen. Is there really anything to be afraid of? Is it better to take the pill a few hours later? Should you protect yourself additionally?

Soy sauce does not affect the effectiveness of Vibin contraceptive pills. Such sauce contains soybeans, but these are small enough to have no phytoestrogenic effect - unless you consume several liters of such sauce a day.
In the situation you describe, I do not see any reasons to worry. The effect of contraception is preserved.
