At the outset, it should be noted that the drugs listed in the question: Mysimba (naltrexone with bupropion), Fluanxol (flupentixol), Oribion (bupropion) and Neurotop Retard (carbamazepine) are subject to prescription, so the legitimacy and need to combine them in therapy should be determined by a doctor. This combination of drugs can be used, but you should strictly follow your doctor's instructions and observe your body's reactions.
Mysimba and Oribion contain bupropion in their composition, so please remember to adjust your dosage in consultation with your doctor. In this case, it is possible to overdose, i.e. taking a higher dose of the substance than appropriate for the health condition, weight and age of the person. Concomitant use of Mysimba and Neurotope Retrad may result in a weakening of the effect of bupropion.
If the medications have been prescribed by different doctors, it is advisable to consult to determine whether these medications can be used at the same time. If the medication is prescribed by one doctor - please follow his recommendations. If you notice that the effect of a drug containing bupropion is weaker and insufficient, or if you experience alarming symptoms - please contact your doctor.
