Can medications be used together Entresto and Triatec (Tritace)?

Triatec or Polish Tritace should not be used together with Entresto unless the attending physician recommends otherwise.
The combined use of drugs in such a case should be carried out under the strict supervision of a doctor and in accordance with his recommendations. If the medications were prescribed by different doctors or the doctor did not know about the medications used, the consultation should be repeated. The combination of sacubitril and valsartan in Entresto increases the risk of side effects from the ramipril in Triatec (Tritace). The risk of angioedema increases. As recommended by the manufacturers, ramipril treatment should not be initiated until 36 hours after the last dose of sacubitril/valsartan. Similarly, it is not recommended to initiate treatment with sacubitril/valsartan until 36 hours after the last dose of ramipril. Other use of drugs should be confirmed by the attending physician.
