yesterday evening, i.e. 27/03/2025, around 10:00 p.m., I put on my first PolaRing contraceptive ring. I don't quite understand the scheme of putting it in and taking it out. I have to take out the current ring for 7 days - 17.04.2025 in the evening or 18.04.2025 in the evening? Then I have to set up another one on 24.04.2025 or 25.04.2025? I will be very grateful for an answer, I am fresh on this topic and I would not like to do it wrong.

The disc should be removed on 17.04 and the next one inserted on 24.04. The disc is always taken out and put on on the same day of the week at a similar time - in your case it is Thursday evening.
