Because nattokinase inhibits blood clotting, it may increase the effect of Pradaxa. If you want to use a nattokinase preparation, you should consult your doctor, who will assess the legitimacy and safety of its use in your case. If you want to use additional preparations because you do not feel satisfactory results from Pradaxa treatment, you should report this to your doctor.
