I have a question about how many hours the dostinex drug stays in my blood and after stopping the drug how many days do the side effects persist because I am already on the 7th dose and I have such effects, constipation, pain in the upper abdomen, takes me to vomiting, I have cold feet and legs, terrible fatigue and sleepiness during the day, worsening of depression.

Dostinex remains in the blood for several days after discontinuation of the drug, so side effects may be felt for several days after the end of the treatment (up to 2 weeks after discontinuation of the drug).
Side effects of Dostinex may persist as long as the drug remains in your blood. The half-life of the drug is long at 63-68 hours for healthy patients and 79-115 hours for patients with hyperprolactinemia.
This means that the minimum time of detection of the drug in the blood is about 13 days. The drug can be measured in the blood up to about 24 days after the last dose of the drug.
Side effects observed should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further treatment.
