If I miss an Axia Conti pill in the third week, should I take a placebo or start a new pack?

In the third week, I wasn't sure if I took an Axia Conti pill on Friday at 5 p.m., I took another one on Saturday morning, and another one at 5 p.m. (as planned). Today I should start placebo (1 tablet). In such a situation, should I take placebo pills or immediately go to a new packaging for further protection?

In that case, I skip the placebo (I took one anyway) and start the active pills from the new packaging for more certainty.

And at the end of the second package, take the placebo normally after all active and start the next package as usual?

If you are in doubt as to whether you have missed a tablet of Axia Conti, you should continue taking the tablets as usual and then start a new pack.

If you miss a pill in the third week, there is a high risk that the effectiveness of contraception will decrease due to the upcoming placebo pills. Until the active tablets with
the second pack should not cause bleeding, however spotting or mid-cycle bleeding may occur.
