As a pharmacist, I do not recommend deworming a child without a confirmed parasitic diagnosis.
Antiparasitic drugs such as Pyrantelum are usually recommended for children from 2 years of age weighing at least 11 kg. If you suspect a parasitic infection, I encourage you to consult a doctor and perform appropriate diagnostic tests. Home methods of deworming are not fully effective and should not be used as a substitute for pharmacological treatment.
