I would just like to comment on Anna's statement.
In my case, it turned out that the Symkinet SR is not exactly a replacement. That's what I heard in the pharmacy. These were differences in the pharmacokinetics of the two drugs. In the end, the pharmacy manager decided not to sell me Symkinet. Now I don't know if I should wait for the delivery and hope that my prescription does not expire, or look for a pharmacy where someone will sell me Symkinet.

A new shipment of Medikinet CR is to arrive in Polish this week, the manufacturer announced. At the end of next week (i.e. after March 20 this year), the drug should be available in pharmacies.
I would like to point out that there are substitutes for this drug available on the market, i.e. Symkinet SR:
