Do I need to use additional contraception after the 7-day delay in applying the Evra patch? For how many days?
12.99 zł

I applied the patch 7 days too late. I should have put it on that Wednesday because that's when the bleeding week ended, but I didn't stick it and I stuck it on this Wednesday. I haven't had sex, but should I use additional contraception now and if so, for how long?

Yes, if you are one week late in applying the Evra patch, you should use an additional method of contraception (e.g. a condom) for the first 7 days after the patch is applied, as the contraceptive protection may be impaired.
