Is it normal to experience visual disturbances while taking Elicea?

I take Elicea for the first week, so far a quarter of a tablet. On the 3rd day, I noticed that objects in front of my eyes are distorted, small ones are larger, large ones are less noticeable. Every day it is getting stronger. I would have thought about my eyes, but just the day before I was at the ophthalmologist, where I was told that everything was fine with my eyes at the level that I had (complex myopic astigmatism). Could it be such a side effect? Will it pass and should I continue to take it, or is it better to choose another antidepressant?

Visual disturbances are an uncommon side effect of Elicea. Pupil dilation may also occur. If the ailments are bothersome and hinder normal functioning, you should see a doctor for a check-up. You may need to change your medicine.
