The drug will not be effective (wrong time, wrong levels of other hormones, the uterus is preparing for menstruation); It can also cause cycle disorders.

"Dosage should be determined on a case-by-patient basis depending on the sensitivity (reactivity) of the ovaries. In the case of cyclical bleeding, it is recommended to start treatment on the 5th day of the cycle (or on the 3rd day in the case of early ovulation - follicular phase lasting less than 12 days). In the absence of menstruation, treatment can be started on any day.

Regimen I: 50 mg per day for 5 days, during which time the ovarian reaction should be checked by gynecological examination or laboratory tests. Ovulation usually occurs between the 11th and 15th day of the cycle.

Schedule II: should be used if Schedule I fails. The daily dose of 100 mg should be administered for 5 days, starting from day 5 of the next cycle. If ovulation cannot be induced, the same procedure may be repeated again (again at 100 mg).
