Isoptin (verapamil) and Coronal (bisoprolol) are cardiovascular drugs that can potentiate each other's effects, and this is usually an intended and beneficial effect.
However, in rare cases, excessive pressure drop, bradycardia or cardiac conduction disorders may occur. Their concomitant use requires strict medical supervision, individual dose adjustment and monitoring of haemodynamic parameters.
If the medications have been prescribed by different doctors, it is advisable to consult to determine whether these medications can be used at the same time. If the medication is prescribed by the same doctor, please follow the dosing schedule. Also, check your blood pressure regularly. If you feel unwell, weak, dizzy, have a slow heart rate or other worrying symptoms - contact your doctor.
