There is certainly no reason to worry.
When it comes to, for example, the interaction of contraception with vitamin C - only high doses above 1000 mg can theoretically affect the effectiveness of oral hormonal contraception.
There is no such threat here.

The serum has a topical effect and is not absorbed into the general circulation.
Even if a small amount of the preparation got into the mouth, there is no reason for both.
Contraceptive protection is maintained.
