You should consult your doctor as soon as possible, most likely you will need to adjust the dose of the drug or stop it and observe it.
According to the manufacturer of Thyrosol:
"In general, pregnancy has a beneficial effect on hyperthyroidism. Nevertheless, treatment for hyperthyroidism is often necessary, especially in the first months of pregnancy. Untreated hyperthyroidism during pregnancy can lead to dangerous complications, such as premature birth or malformations. However, hypothyroidism caused by treatment with inadequate doses of thiamazole may also be associated with a tendency to miscarriage.
Thiamazole crosses the placental barrier and reaches concentrations in the foetus' blood equal to those found in the mother's serum. If the wrong doses are used, this can lead to the development of goiter and hypothyroidism in the fetus, as well as reduced birth weight."
