Does taking 60 mg of vitamin C 2 hours before taking contraception (drovelis) affect the effectiveness of the pills? Can tea with raspberries and oranges drunk for about 1.5 hours affect the effect on tablets?

Taking 60 mg of vitamin C 2 hours before the Drovelis contraceptive pill does not affect its effectiveness and protection is maintained.

Tea with raspberries and orange also does not affect the effectiveness of oral contraception.

100 g of raspberries contains about 26 mg of vitamin C, a medium orange - 70 mg of vitamin C, i.e. the dose of 1000 mg has not been exceeded and there is no risk of potential weakening of the effectiveness of contraception.

There is no reason to worry, the protection is maintained.
