Rosemary has no effect on the effectiveness of birth control pills. The other ingredients also do not threaten the effectiveness of contraception. There is no need to worry.

It is estimated that there is currently no clear evidence that nutrients can actually interfere with the effect and effectiveness of contraception if consumed in normal amounts. Therefore, there is no reason to exclude all snacks from our menu and constantly look for threats in the components of the daily diet and in preservatives.
