Probably it's a side effect or just news that your period is about to appear.
If you have any doubts whether the pill will work – let me know that it will work. I am a living example of this. The pains may go away :) Your period can appear at any time, even if there are no symptoms that it is coming, so please remember about it and do not worry, everything is fine :)

Abdominal pain and nausea are very common side effects observed after taking Escapelle. Emergency contraception changes the regularity of the cycle, so conditions such as unusual bleeding or mid-cycle spotting may occur. Transient menstrual cycle disorders may also occur, but in most women, the next menstrual bleeding occurs within 5-7 days of the expected date.
In the described situation, you can take an analgesic and/or antispasmodic (as in the case of painful menstruation, e.g. Ibuprom plus No-spa), but very strong ailments that prevent normal functioning are an indication for medical consultation.
