Is it normal to experience symptoms of bronchitis, chest pain, and difficulty suppressing fever after taking Tamivir?

Is it normal to have symptoms of bronchitis in the morning after taking the first dose of Tamivil at night? Huge pain in the chest. The fever still cannot be beaten. When will this medicine start working?

Symptoms of bronchitis and chest pain may be due to the viral infection itself, and not necessarily to taking the drug. Tamiflu (oseltamivir) works against the flu virus, and it can take several hours to 2-3 days for it to take full effect, depending on the severity of the infection.

If your chest pain is severe or accompanied by other worrying symptoms, such as shortness of breath, you should contact your doctor immediately, as this may indicate complications. Fever persisting despite treatment also requires medical consultation to assess the effectiveness of treatment and possibly adjust therapy.
