Diseases of the blood and hematopoietic system (haematological)
Does Xarelto 20 mg substitute Xanirva 30 mg have exactly the same effect? In the pharmacy I was offered this much cheaper substitute, but I don't know if it is really a drug with the same effect, since the price difference is so significant.

Xanirva and Xarelto are preparations containing the same active ingredient - rivaroxaban, in the same dose - 20 mg. They have the same healing effect. They may differ in the content of excipients that do not have an active effect.
Xanirva is a generic drug, i.e. a replacement for the original drug (the one that appeared first on the market). Generic drugs are usually cheaper, m.in. due to the fact that manufacturers do not have to develop a drug from scratch and conduct lengthy and expensive clinical trials, this has already been done by the manufacturer of the original drug.
