And will Aperol, which contains grapefruit, affect the effectiveness of contraceptive pills? I want to add that before drinking Aperol, I also drank orange flavored beer and lime flavored beer

Taking 4 Strepsils Intensive lozenges in a short period of time does not jeopardize the effectiveness of the hormonal contraception used (in this case, Vibin mini tablets). The ingredient in lozenges (flurbiprofen) does not interact with the hormones in the tablets.

However, you should avoid using a large number of Strepsils Intensive lozenges, especially at short intervals, as this can lead to dryness and irritation of the throat mucosa. In addition, the risk of other side effects, such as dizziness, diarrhea or bloating, increases. To avoid side effects, you should take the medication as prescribed, i.e. one lozenges every 3 to 6 hours as needed. The maximum dose is 5 tablets per day.
