I have been taking escitalopram for 4 weeks. When the pressure rises a little, I have a spasm of the masticatory muscles. I can't open my mouth wide and my jaw starts clicking when chewing. This has never happened before taking this drug. What to do? It may go away over time, cancel the drug or raise the dose. Otherwise, I feel good.
