Can I take Rutinoscorbin to seal my blood vessels while taking Eliquis for atrial fibrillation?

Hello.I had atrial fibrillation, very strong. I am currently taking eliquis to thin the blood, in the morning there are traces of blood when cleaning the nose. The question is, can I take rutinoscorbin to seal the bleeding vessels.?
