All Azalia tablets have the same composition, so it doesn't really matter which pill you start with. Taking the product in order of days helps to control contraception and avoids accidental missed doses.

"The tablets should be taken at the same time each day so that the time interval between taking two tablets is 24 hours. Take the first tablet on the first day of menstrual bleeding. Then take one tablet a day regardless of bleeding. The next blister starts immediately the day after the previous one ends."
