Hello, I have a question, last night I had unprotected sex with my partner, I ejaculated, I have been using nuvaRing regularly for several years, as recommended, yesterday unfortunately under the influence of alcohol I panicked and additionally took an escapelle pill 3h after (there was no vomiting, but I was under the influence of alcohol), do I have any reasons to worry about pregnancy, or any strong complications of any other kind?

Escapelle may reduce the effectiveness of the ring (the hormone contained in the ring is metabolized in the liver, just like the hormone from Escapelle), so you should use a condom prophylactically for 7 days after using the pill after.
Okay, but my question is also whether escapelle reduces the effectiveness of the nuvaRing disc? Does this only apply to pills?

There is no need to worry. From what you write, there was no need to use the Escapelle pill, but if you have already taken it, there is no risk of pregnancy.
The morning after pill may temporarily weaken the effectiveness of hormonal contraception, so it is worth using an additional protective measure in the form of a condom for 7 days after taking Escapelle.
