Is dizziness after Tabex an indication for dose reduction?

Good day
I use tabex to quit smoking, today is day 3. I'm struggling with dizziness. Should I reduce the dose?

Dizziness may be one of the side effects associated with taking Tabex, which contains the active ingredient cytisine. If you experience such symptoms, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

As recommended, in the first three days, you should take 1 tablet every 2 hours, which gives you a maximum of 6 tablets per day. If the symptoms are bothersome, your doctor may suggest that you reduce your dose or stop treatment. It is also important not to continue smoking during therapy, as this can exacerbate the side effects.
