If sinus pain persists despite the use of Pyralgin, you can immediately use Ibuprom Sinus.
Ibuprofen and metamizole belong to different chemical groups and do not interact with each other.
However, this combination should not be abused and used only when absolutely necessary. Long-term combination of these drugs can lead, m.in others, to gastrointestinal disorders, abdominal pain, etc. (especially in people with gastric and duodenal ulcers).
Usually up to two sachets of Pyralgina per day are recommended, e.g. at 8-hour intervals. The maximum dose is 6 sachets per day.
Sinus Ibuprom: 1 to 2 tablets taken orally every 4 hours after meals. Do not take more than 6 tablets per day.
