If you have been using Travocort for too long and have too thin skin and cracks in front of it, can using cosmetics containing urea in these areas harm or help?

It all depends on the urea concentration.
If it is a preparation where the urea concentration ranges from 2-10% - the preparation can be used on thin, cracking skin. Such agents have a moisturizing, softening and healing effect.
If the concentration is higher than 10% - the preparation is not indicated; increases skin permeability; above 30% - has an exfoliating effect. These remedies should not be used on damaged skin.
Here you can find examples of preparations with low urea concentrations.
