It all depends on the urea concentration.
If it is a preparation where the urea concentration ranges from 2-10% - the preparation can be used on thin, cracking skin. Such agents have a moisturizing, softening and healing effect.
If the concentration is higher than 10% - the preparation is not indicated; increases skin permeability; above 30% - has an exfoliating effect. These remedies should not be used on damaged skin.
